The currency used is the euro.

Prices indicated for each product include the value added tax (VAT) or other taxes which may be applicable and shall in any case be expressed in the currency Euro (€).

The prices applicable to each product will be published on the web site and applied automatically by the process of purchase in the last phase of the same including the cost generated by taxes, transportation, or other service. The customer assumes that in any case, the economic valuation of some of the goods may vary in real-time. In any case this will always be communicated.

Any payment made to the lender will result in the issuance of a confirmation e-mail to the registered user. The invoice will be available for view or download in the customer account FIVELIS the next day of the purchase. In the case of shipment of the product will not include invoice nor packing slip.

Delivery of orders

The shipping of your purchased products will be carried out according to the method selected by the user among those released.

Return policy (withdrawal) and Cancellation

Case 1: Return for non-delivery

The costs incurred for the return will be borne by the client in the cases in which you have been unable to make delivery because of incomplete address/wrong, more than two delivery attempts at the address or not collected from the collection point.

Case 2: Cancellation

Once the order is already confirmed it will not be possible to modify or cancel it. In some cases, through our customer service department, provided that the product has not been processed (that has come out of our logistics facilities to the destination), we can do changes or cancellations.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order already processed, that is to say, that the product has left our facilities to your destination, the customer will assume the payment of the transport costs incurred by the cancellation.

Case 3: Return for the withdrawal of purchase

All of the products purchased in Fivelis.com can be returned and refunded, provided that you indicate the intention to return the product or products within a period of 15 calendar days after its reception, and that they comply with the rest of the conditions below set.

Requirements for returns due to withdrawal

• For the shipping back you must use the same cardboard box that has received the product, to make sure that it goes well protected. In the case of not having this box, the client must return it in a protective box so that the product arrives in good condition at our warehouse.
• The returned product must be unused and in the condition in which it was delivered, that is to say, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Do not handle returns of products that have been purchased in a liquidation.
• Will be refunded the amount paid for the item/os. In no case will we accept returns sent freight collect.
• In the case of food products will not be returned if they have been opened.
• Do not return any items under seal which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene that have been unsealed after delivery.
• We do not accept returns of facemasks, clothing and personal hygiene for reasons of protection of health and/or hygiene.
• Will not be accepted accessories loose to be a complement to other products based main.
• Once the application is received for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will proceed to refund the financial amount paid for the product or products returned. The return request must be submitted within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the time of receipt. The payment will be made via the same payment method used by the customer or, in his absence by bank transfer. The costs of return are borne by the consumer and/or user.

When you receive the products we will examine it is when we will notify you if you have the right or not to refund the amounts paid for the products purchased/s.

We will refund to the consumer the amount of the product or product returned.

The return process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case within a period of 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the intent to withdraw. Returns and/or cancellations partial give rise to a partial reimbursement of the amount paid for the order. Being a partial return, the transport costs will not be returned. Applicable warranties

All the offered products are original products of the brand, with certificate of factory warranty and in principle without any defects. All come with a factory warranty of 2 years (in the case of non-food products), which begins to operate from the moment of delivery.
