Processing times Shipping

  • Fast processing: All orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • Exceptions: We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • High volumes of orders: In case of high demand, shipments may experience slight delays. We will notify you of any significant delay by e-mail or phone.

Shipping confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the number of follow-up.
  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours after shipment.

Customs, Taxes, and Fees

  • The additional charges applied during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Fivelis does not cover these additional costs.

Damage during Shipment

  • Fivelis is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
  • In case you receive a damaged product, please contact directly with the shipping company to file a claim.
  • Important: Keep the original packaging and the damaged products to support your claim.

Returns policy

Conditions of Return

  • Returns are only accepted for products in their original state and packaging.
  • The products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. To request an RA# (Return Authorization Number):
    • Send an email to support@fivelis.com explaining the reason for the return, and including pictures or videos of the product.
  2. Get the instructions: After approval, we will send you the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse to make the return.
  3. To guarantee the shipping: Use a trackable mail as we are not responsible for packages lost.

Processing of the Refund

  • Once you have received the package, we will inspect the product and will issue the refund to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refund.
